We are creeping closer to spring, the sunny, delicious smelling season of the year! Usually, March, April and May are prepping months for lots of things such as cleaning windows, restocking on clothes, etc. Even though it's still rainy, windy and maybe snowy, there are so many things that we can do to mentally, physically and spiritually prepare ourselves for spring.
It's always nice to get out of an enclosed room and breathe the fresh air. Taking a nice walk is a great way rejuvenate the soul and clearing the head.
Flowers give the true spring feeling, whether your receive or give them to someone. The strong, delicious aromas spread happiness all around.
In the springtime, it's always fun to go to a local farmers market and buy fresh fruit or veggies. Not only is it fresh, but you're helping out smaller, local businesses.
One way a lot of people jump into spring is out with the old and in with the new! Go through a few piles of papers or clothes you've been wanting to get rid of.
There are many more ways that you can dive into spring feeling your best self and having a cleared, fresh mind. These were just a few, but find something that makes you feel happy and refreshed.
